RESTFUL SUNDAY AND 1999 BASKETBALL PICS

A slow Sunday morning is always welcome after our busy weeks.  It was a little warmer today in the lower 30's so no ice breaking at chore time.
We fixed a crockpot full of vegetable soup to cook while we are at church. I have slider supplies to make Hawaiian sweet roll sliders when we get home.
IR is not feeling well today and is running a low grade fever so daughter's family is staying home today.
Church was good today with a touching tribute to all the Veterans we have in our congregation.

This is a pic of us standing to sing, hubbie is in the red shirt and I am standing beside him in a black sweater and orange print skirt.

We had lunch with #1 son's family and Re and the kids . Everyone liked the soup and sliders we had.
Re and the kids left to go host a Norwex party for Kristen and #1 son's family had family pics scheduled for this afternoon so hubbie and I were left alone early today.
We took his truck and made a trip to Lowe's for some more fencing supplies for daughter and a Sunday newspaper that has a story about the Curb market in it.
We came home and hubbie worked on getting gates built and I took it easy with my knee really hurting today for some reason.
I got chores done and then relaxed again for the evening. This has been a really restful Sunday for me.
To finish up the decade pics for this month probably in record time this month these pics are from November 1999 as #2 son was starting his junior year of basketball and daughter was starting her freshman year of basketball on the varsity team.

Daughter was tallest girl standing back left.
We spent many many hours sitting in gym bleachers throughout those years but it was so fun watching all the kids play sports.
Thankful for this blessed Sunday and praising our precious Savior Jesus Christ.
God Bless and Good Night

Blessings to you today. I am looking at about 3 inches of snow and it is still coming down. Keep warm.
