GOOD MARKET DAY = BUSY EVENING

A warmer morning greeted me today as I took care of the chickens and dogs. I'm sure all of them were glad to feel the warm sunshine also.

I got the van all loaded and stopped by my friends house to pick up my Avon order on the way this morning so I can make a delivery before I leave town.

After I got set up at market I was going to work on my blog book but found out until it's finished I can only work on it from my home computer where I started it. That's something to think about before I start the next one. If I do it on my laptop it would be more portable.

I have been pretty busy here at market today for a change. There still hasn't been a lot of people through but the few that have come have bought.

One of the elderly neighbor men came in this morning and gave up his spot here at market. His tables are just down from mine and daughter has asked the market board to grant her request for an additional table so she can display #1 son's wood work also. Hopefully they'll see fit to grant her this gentleman's spot.

Left market and ran my routine weekly errands,plus made a trip through a second hand furniture store to look for an outside table. Are you kidding me!!! Their prices on used stuff is more than I could buy nice new stuff for,forget this !!!

I went by the strawberry farm on the way home, he said he will have berries maybe 2 more weeks,yumm,yumm, I love fresh strawberries !!

I also finally remembered to pick up a replacement Beta fish for my aquarium today.

He was sure enjoying his much enlarged space this afternoon. I forgot to pick up a new light bulb as mine is out so I could see him better,but I didn't have much time to watch him tonight anyway.

On my walk this evening I noticed the sod farm neighbor is irrigating.Guess that 1/2 inch of rain Tuesday wasn't enough for the grass.
It seems to have been enough for our pastures as the grass already needs bush hogging again. I wish we could find some reasonably priced cattle to eat some of it,seems like such a waste to cut it with nothing to eat it.

I had a busy,late evening,since I sold unexpectedly good today, I had to do more baking tonight. It is after midnight now and I;m still waiting on the last run in the ovens to get done.
I've baked 6 more caramel to go along with the 6 I already have to ice plus 1 coconut ,2 chocolate, 3 pound and 1 wine cake.
I'm not complaining though, I'm thankful for the business.
