G-son was so sweet trying to help with the feeding chores this morning. Bless his little heart he said he would "beat up" what ever hurt my back !
After a couple tylenol I felt like getting the day's tasks done so I started the laundry and did some light house work without lifting anything.
By lunch time I was totally worn out from all the extra effort my regular daily activities were taking so I layed on the heating pad and watched the news.
We had a nice weather day today with a few passing clouds but no rain and the high around 86.
However the torrential rains are still around as eveidenced by this washed out road today in Avery county,north of us.
This evening the sky was beautiful.

So sorry to hear that your back is still hurting. Sure hope it isn't a kidney infection. I'll say a prayer for you. The sunset pictures are awesome. God's blessings to you.
Having back problems myself, and hubby who had back surgery, I can relate to your pain. Better take care of that back or you will regret it when you get old like us! 71 and 81.
