FUN FRIDAY !!!

Friyay!!!!   Up to get things started today. Got chores done and took RL to pre-school. I came home and had breakfast then hubbie and IR went with me out to the high school daughter works at to look through their FFA plant sale. We did our job of supporting these guys with all these flowers and vegetable plant purchases.

We came home and unloaded and then headed out to pick up BB from his pre-school.  Re went with EL to the annual Bearwallow hiking trip the entire Edneyville elementary school goes on each spring.
Thankfully the rain held off and the fog even burned off as the day went on.

IR was glad to have some company and we all came home to have lunch. Right after we ate Re came in to pick up BB. The kindergarteners came back early this year.
Hubbie went over to daughters to let the furniture delivery guys in that brought their new couch and chair and while he was gone I rocked IR to sleep. He layed her on the couch when he got back and we cleaned house.
I mopped and boy did that do a number on my ailing knee and even made the pain extend into my hip, uhhhhh !!!
While the floors dried we all went outside and all of a sudden IR said she wanted to swing. Now this little girl has had a real phobia toward swings since she was little and we were both very surprised when she got in this swing and started laughing and saying "higher, higher" .

I came inside and rested my knee for awhile with first ice then heat and it felt better by choretime.
Daughter was late picking IR up to go pick up food for a fund raising event at a local winery for cancer.  After she got the food set up she came and got IR and took her over there to play with daughter's friend and fellow teacher Kindra's little girl who is exactly 1 year older than IR. These girls looked like they had loads of fun running around among the grape vines.

And they both love to dance ,that's always a sign they'll be good friends .
RL loves her chickens who are getting so big so fast but they still let her pick them up and love on them regularly.

After chores I baked a couple pound cakes for market tomorrow.  The prediction for rain is going to put a damper on the before Mother's day sales for sure but hopefully some folks will come out.
Thankful for the blessings of this day.
God Bless and Good Night
