This is the first morning that hubbie and I have walked to breakfast that I haven't had a jacket on.
We all had breakfast as son and Tif caught up with us today.
We watched the Lamas come over to the lodge to take on folks who wanted to go on the trails leading a Lama.
After we ate we headed back into Yellowstone for at least one more day of sight seeing. None of us can actually get enough of this beauty.
We headed back to probably the prettiest place we have seen, the Yellowstone Canyon area. There is a road closed to one of the most popular viewing areas so we decided to walk to Inspiration Point.
It was a 1 mile walk in but it was worth it and we all got some good exercise today after mostly riding in the car yesterday.
We got back to the car and then drove around to the other side of the canyon viewing area and looked across at where we had been.
On the drive out of the park we spotted these elk in the Mammoth village once again.
We stopped in Gardenier for more shopping and had a delicious Elk meat pizza at Yellowstone pizzeria .
We headed home for a relaxing evening after all the walking in the mid 80's heat even at the higher elevations in the park.
We sat out on our patio and watched the sun drop behind the Montana mountains as we watched the deer graze and listened to the relaxing sound of the little waterfall for next to the last time.
Daughter ran our market stand today and sold very well for a Thursday. She set up our table and sent me this pic ,it looks just the same as when I'm there !!! Now she has a busy baking day tomorrow.
Thankful for the blessings of this day.
God Bless and Good Night.
