The sun was shining brightly this morning to start the week off thankfully. Daughter went out early and picked up a Walmart order and when she got back we all had breakfast . We brought several dozen of our fresh eggs with us and daughter picked up some bacon so we had bacon and eggs and toast for breakfast today. The kids were all excited about the beach so after we cleaned up breakfast dishes we loaded up the golf carts and headed over to the beach. We are only just across the road from the beach and right beside the beach access but with all the things we need to take for the kids and us it is easier to haul it all over on the carts. The kids played and played today, especially RL and IR and everyone took turns playing with them.
CA still isn't interested in getting in the water but likes to play in the sand and she took a good nap while the others played.
Even g-son got out in the ocean today . He used to love the beach as much as his younger sister does now but he isn't excited about it as a teenager.
About mid afternoon we loaded everything back up and headed back to our villa for a late lunch. D-in-love A and g-son went to Sonic and brought the kids back hamburgers and fries and the rest of us made sandwiches. After we ate we headed to the pool to let the kids play for the afternoon. The lazy river was a hit on this hot day for everyone .
This kids zone was also a place the girls loved to play in today.
The kids tired out of playing in the water and wanted to go take a golf cart ride so we explored the parts of the compound that we hadn't seen and then came home. We cooked spaghetti here tonight and at least we got to eat at regular supper time. After we ate we went across the road to take a walk on the beach. RL and IR loved being back on the beach.
We all were tired out by the time we got back to the villa and relaxed in front of the TV for the evening.
