We made it to market on time and got set up before any customers arrived.
I took a walk around market today to enjoy all the colorful Fall displays. Market is especially pretty this time of year.
Hubbie left to get home and start cutting up a load of firewood logs #1 son dumped out in the pasture.
I had a decent day of sales and am very thankful for all the sales I made.
I came straight home from market and hubbie helped me unload and get things put away.
Wednesday is g-son's birthday and today we are taking him shopping so we met his mom and dad in Arden to pick him up on their way back from the movies.
We shopped in several stores and he really couldn't find anything that he really wanted. He was becoming discouraged until I found a Game Stop store online that was about 4 minutes away from our location so we went there. He perked up immediately when he saw they had an entire display of games for his play station 3 console. And a lot of them were on a special sale so he gathered several games that he wanted and some other things he found and we got some head phones that he wanted and they didn't have ordered that will be here before his birthday. He was smiling really big by the time we left there especially after chatting with one of the clerks in the Game Stop that he could really relate to about the games.
We asked him where he wanted to have supper and he choose a set down Sonic that was down the street.
We had a very nice chat while we ate and g-son kept thanking us for a really good birthday gift.
He is such a good boy and we are really proud of him as he heads into his teenage years.
We dropped him off and then got here in time to get chores done at regular time.
Daughter went to a Fall festival today with son-in-love's brother Brad's family and it looks like IR got to experience some new things with her older cousins.
After I did chores tonight I had to rush back out to capture this beautiful Fall sunset.
Thankful for the blessings of this day and for the opportunity to be involved in the lives and watch these grandkids grow up.
God Bless and Good Night
