T. G. I. F.

Got up to another cool "fall" feeling morning. Hubbie took g-son to school and rode with daughter to take IR to pre-school.  I got chores done and then had breakfast before they got back. These Morning Glories make me smile everyday as they are so bright and just scream "glorious morning" to me each time I walk by.

Daughter is having to do some online school stuff today because the substitute teacher didn't show up today. There was a shooting threat at the high school and g-son said there wasn't hardly anyone there today, teachers or students and the grounds were crawling with police all day. This was actually probably one of the safest days to go to school with all the police presence.  Anyway thank the Lord nothing happened.  Daughter worked on her school stuff all morning and then hubbie and I took CA with us to go pick up IR from pre-school. We stopped on the way home and picked up our curbside Aldi order and then picked up lunch for the girls at McDonalds.   We all ate lunch when we got home and then hubbie and I took all the girls outside to play while daughter worked some more online.   The girls wore their selves out so much that CA wanted to ride with hubbie to pick up g-son and went to sleep as soon as he hit the road.

When she woke up daughter took the girls home and then hubbie and I watched the news.   The sheriff's department each year pays for tee shirts for all kindergarteners that are sized for them when they are seniors in high school and RL's graduation year is 2034.  RL is looking on in this pic as the deputy helps put another students shirt on.

This is RL's class in their shirts , she is in the middle of the standing row with her arm up and thumbs up.
We got evening chores done and did some watering and spraying in the garden. Fall is a very hard season to keep insects damage down.
Thankful for all the blessings of this day.
God Bless and Good Night
