SLOW MARKET THURSDAY

An earlier alarm this morning as daughter dropped IR off and started her school year back full time today.
I got chores done and then we got ready for market and left about 10 minutes early surprisingly. Hubbie had loaded all the baked goods in the Honda last night which helped speed the morning along.
Customers were scarce this morning as we got set up.
IR took hubbie for several walks this morning around the market before she tired out and took a nap.
She has taken to walking faster than I expected and doesn't fall or try to crawl at all.
While she napped hubbie went to the dump and recycle center and to Ingles to bring us all lunch.
While we ate our sandwiches IR woke up and wanted her mashed potatoes and cheese crackers.
She is a happy baby.
Sales were slow all day but I am thankful for what we did sell as always.
Our new manager Sue Kovacs , a retired teacher from the local middle school started the manager position at market this week and she seems to be working out fine so far.
IR played with some friends, Cora and Caitlyn after lunch.

We got packed up and left market. IR went with me to the bank and then we met hubbie at Aldi for some groceries and baking supplies. One more stop for us to mail our bills and we met hubbie and daughter at home.
We got unloaded and then after a short visit daughter and IR left.
Just after they left Kristen and Addie brought their little dog over here for us to watch while they go to Pidgeon Forge for the weekend.
We got chores done and then had a salad of  fresh tomatoes , cucumbers from the garden with some cheese and dressing on top which was delicious on a hot night.
It was so hot inside market today I felt like a wilted plant when I left and I still feel pretty wiped out so I am blogging and then getting a hot bath and going to bed.
I am very thankful for the blessings of this day.
God Bless and Good Night.
