HOSPITAL VISIT FOR SON-IN-LOVE

What better sight to wake up to than these two sweet sleeping beauties !!!

All four of us slept pretty good last night so it was easy to get them up and ready to go to the park with daughter who picked them up at 9:15 this morning.  After they left hubbie and I got chores done and had breakfast. I had an Aldi order to pick up and while we were on our way to do that daughter called and asked if she could bring all the girls back to us while she took son-in-love to the ER with a very painful kidney stone . He has been fighting this stone for about a month now without passing it. Today his pain is intense.  We came home after we picked our order up and daughter dropped the girls off. She had picked them up lunch from McDonalds and they were hungry after an active morning. I got weekly laundry started and then we played inside and watched a short light shower of rain pass through.  Daughter dropped son-in-love off at the ER and sat in the car while he went inside. It didn't take long to get him into a room thankfully because he said the waiting room was pretty crowded. He ended up having to have fluids and a CT scan and they told him he had a 5mm stone but thought he could pass it so they gave him pain meds and sent him home in the late afternoon after having to rehydrate him. Daughter took him home to lay down and came over here to stay so he could sleep awhile. D-in-love came after RL and daughter and IR and CA stayed and helped with chores.  Thankfully son-in-love was feeling better by the time they went home. Praying that he is able to pass the stone and get back to normal quickly.
Thankfully #2 son and d-in-love-Tif were cleared to go back to work today from their Covid quarantine.  Prayers going up for the protection for all of our family from this virus that is spreading so fast through our community. Thankfully the school board reversed their optional mask wearing for all school kids to a mask wearing mandate today for all students and staff to start the school year.
I noticed this pot of Sedum blooming so pretty today when I came in from getting evening chores done.
I also went back up to the garden and picked another bowl of blueberries this evening. Everything is really suffering right now in the garden and needing rain badly. I am watering the raised beds every day to try and keep them productive.
Hubbie also picked another basket of tomatoes this evening.
Thankful for the blessings of this day and for the garden bounty we have received this year.
God Bless and Good Night

Praying that your son-in-law passes the stone soon. Glad son #2 and Tif are recovering from Covid and will get back to work soon. Seems Covid is on the rebound everywhere.
