HAPPY EASTER 2021

 Hallelujah !!!!!!  The tomb is empty !!!!  He is risen !!!

Happy Easter Sunday to everyone.  It is a beautiful morning and is warming up fast from the predicted 31 degree frost of the early morning.  

I got chores done and took all the covers off the berries  hopefully for the last time. I still can't tell how much damage they have from the cold nights. I got chores done and then came back inside to have a cup of coffee and then put a ham in the oven along with scalloped potatoes, biscuits and then we cooked green beans and corn on the stove, boiled eggs and made deviled eggs also.  D-in-love-Tif brought delicious  mac and cheese.  We had a feast and even these three loved the lunch before the exciting afternoon of egg hunting.

And everyone enjoyed my Easter cake with some ice cream for dessert.

G-son was the Easter bunny again this year and his all the eggs for the girls.

These three were excited to get to the egg hunting. 

Everyone had a wonderful time and the kids enjoyed the sunny warm afternoon so much with all their goodies.  Sad that EL and BB couldn't be here today but EL had a nasty stomach bug a couple days ago and Re isn't feeling well this morning so we will have another egg hunt next Sunday for them.

After everyone left I put away some laundry and then walked down to #1 son's house to see this huge trout he caught out of our creek. He is going to have it mounted.

Maybe that was his reward for taking RL fishing with him to make her happy !!!!

We got chores done and then I took the winter plastic covers off the hen house windows since it is going to be a very warm week .

Thankful for the wonderful day and for the Risen Savior that is always with me.
