A nice leisurely Saturday morning to get the weekend off to a good start. I got chores done and then cleaned house. #1 son came in with a new storage building that a friend had given him and hubbie and I went out to help get it set up in the pasture.
While they were putting fence back up and measuring for a ramp I came inside and worked on getting the little storage room under our stairway cleaned out. This room has not been cleaned since we had beef cattle around here and there are alot of things that need to be thrown away. I got one side of shelves sorted through and lots of throw away out dated things cleaned out. Daughter called and asked us if we wanted to come over to have a hamburger with them around 5:30. Son-in-love was grilling burgers so we went over for a delicious dinner with them and then brought IR back with us to help with chores. She stayed until later than she usually has been so that is a good thing. She was thinking about spending the night but changed her mind so her mom came after her.
Hubbie and I rested and then headed for bed on a cold evening. The temperature is supposed to get in the low 30's tonight so winter isn't over yet even if today was the first day of spring 2021. It was around 60 degrees and sunny which felt okay all day but not like a warm spring day.
