Slept in a little this morning to a leisurely Sunday . We aren't having lunch today for the family because everyone has their own agendas today. I got chores done and had breakfast . Daughter called and ask if we wanted to go to the park with them this afternoon. D-in-love and RL came along as well and the girls had a good time playing and riding their bikes on this beautiful more like summer than December day .

We came home from the park and daughter helped RL and IR make some Christmas ornaments out of applesauce and cinnamon.
They had to bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 2 1/2 hours and they turned out really nice.
They all left before the ornaments came out of the oven so they will be surprised tomorrow to see how they turned out. Hubbie and I got chores done and then we rested this evening getting ready for another busy week. Thankful for the blessings of this week and thankful for the Reason for the Season , Jesus Christ.
