OUTSIDE PLAY DAY

Up to RL and IR crawling into bed with me and snuggling down to get warm. After we got up I did chores and then came in to grab a quick meal bar breakfast so we could go pick up our curbside Sam's Club order. We brought that home and I sat in the car with the girls while hubbie unloaded the groceries and put things away.  Next we headed back to town to pick up our Aldi grocery order and then picked up lunch on the way home.   It is a beautiful warm sunny day.   After we all ate lunch the girls wanted to play outside for a while so we were glad to take them out in the fresh air.

We played outside the entire afternoon and the girls enjoyed it so much.  We came inside to have a snack and they all layed and watched cartoons until their moms arrived to pick them up.                          The covid -19 virus seems to be running rampant right now in the school system and everywhere else. We are all wearing mask and staying away from everyone we can.  They released a controversial vaccine today and I am wondering how many people they will convince to take the vaccine.  It won't be offered to the general public for months and no telling how many folks will die from it before then.  North Carolina broke another record today with 7540 cases in 24 hours.                                                    The governor put into effect tighter measures to hopefully curb the increase in cases by closing all business at 10 pm and no alcohol can be served after 9pm.   Like I have said before this pandemic has surely opened my eyes as to how most folks feel about a little inconvenience to themselves to help out their fellow man.                                                                                                                                            After we got chores done this evening I made cakes and then relaxed for the evening.                               Thankful for the blessings of this day and thankful for the Reason for the Season, Jesus Christ.               God Bless, Good Night and Merry Christmas
