MUD CREEK CHRISTMAS PROGRAM

Up to a busy Friday greeting both g-girls at regular times today. I did chores then took RL to pre-school , I had to laugh at her this morning as she was extra clingy. They are putting on their annual Christmas program at her school and I think she was a bit apprehensive about it.
I left her happily playing with her friends in her class and came home to have my breakfast and then get IR fed and head back to the church for her program.
Mud Creek church is probably the biggest or at least one of the biggest churches is our area and going inside the sanctuary and up into the balcony where the teacher asked all her parents to sit so the little ones wouldn't be crying to come to us it felt like walking into a huge concert venue.
All the kids did a great job with their songs and RL did great with all the hand movements along with them.

I love these little carts that RL's class rode in.

IR enjoyed the kids singing as much as anyone I think.

We went back to her classroom and had a little party before we left with her to head home.

Her mom went back to work so RL came home with us.
She took a good nap before waking up acting like a sore tailed cat which she kept yelling at me that she was not a cat !!!!
I baked cakes all afternoon, 12 caramel, 2 chocolate, 4 pound, 2 blackberry wine and 1 pan of brownies while hubbie coaxed RL out of her bad mood and IR got her hands on everything in reach from her bouncy seat on the table.

After the girls were picked up hubbie headed straight up to #2 son's to help him move his furniture to his new apartment. Thankfully his house he just sold and the apartment he rented are less than 2 miles apart.
Son wasn't feeling well at all and in his weakened state they couldn't work long.
Hubbie came home just in time to get the chores done before darkness fell this evening.
BB came to stay tonight while his mom took his sisters to the Flat Rock playhouse to see a play.
He was happy to be the only one here and getting all the attention .
When his dad came to pick him up hubbie got him and #1 son to go with him back up to #2 son's house to bring a large heavy couch here to keep in our living room until daughter moves into her rental in mid January. It is a nice couch but #2 son just couldn't get it up the stairs to the second floor apartment he is renting.
After everyone left I iced cakes and got things ready for market.
I got into bed after midnight as usual on a Friday night.
Thankful for all the wonderful blessings of this day and praying that #2 son gets better so he can finish his move before Monday.
God Bless and Good Night
