HAPPY EASTER EVE

Market day Saturday broke cloudy and cool but thankfully not rainy. We got chores done and headed to market .
Usually the Saturday before Easter is a busy day for our baking business but we only had 4 orders today and customers were few this morning. Seems there is a change in how folks buy things right now or maybe just how they don't buy things. Thankfully I ended up having a decent day but no where near what I usually have on this day. We gave out stuffed eggs to all the kids who came through and had 2 prize Easter baskets to give away to a couple lucky shoppers.

Daughter and IR dropped her baked goods off and then left to go to son-in-love's families Easter celebration this afternoon.
Son-in-love sent these pics and it looks like IR had a fun time egg hunting .

Our church also had their annual Easter egg hunt today and RL enjoyed herself at that.

G-son as a member of the youth had the task of hiding over 1000 eggs for the kids. He on the right in the UNC sweatshirt and his friends have fun after their duty was done.

As you may tell at how everyone is dressed it was a chilly day getting to only about 50 degrees today and there was a shower this afternoon from passing clouds still lingering from yesterday's storm system.
Hubbie did our Sam's Club shopping and then was resting when I got home after making a stop at Ingles for supplies for tomorrow's lunch and he helped me get everything unloaded.
We took a nice break this afternoon and just rested after a busy week with the warmth from a wood stove fire that felt really good on this cool evening.
After chores we stuffed over 200 Easter eggs and made a 7-layer salad and deviled eggs for tomorrow's after church celebration.
Thankful for a wonderful Savior that gave his life for me so that I could have forgiveness for all my sins. Thank You Jesus.
God Bless, Good Night and Happy Easter.
