ANOTHER NEW HOUSE FOR #2 SON

Up to only 2 grands this morning as Connie, IR and CA's other g-mama is coming to stay with them.
Hubbie took g-son to school.
We both took RL to pre-school and then we did our Aldi and Sam's Club shopping. We came home and unloaded and put things away. Then we headed over to Fletcher to a kids sale that is going to start tomorrow to put up the things daughter is consigning there for sale. She had made an appointment for this afternoon after she got out of school but remembered CA had her 9 months check up at 3:30 so we took the things for her.
We made it back home just in time for lunch.
Hubbie ate then went over to the local barber to get a haircut. I baked cakes , 2 pound cakes, 2 chocolate layer cakes and a pan of brownies.
After all the cakes came out of the oven I went outside where hubbie had just finished plowing our garden. I love the smell of freshly turned earth !!

We got out some old cattle feeders and waterers that we are going to make raised vegetable beds out of.

As we drug the feeder out of the woods I looked up and marveled at these huge tall pine trees that reach for the sky.

We are going to have to buy some soil to fill all the feeders before we plant but they will be perfect as we can cover them with plastic and make hot houses if we need to if a cold spell comes along.
Thanks to one of our market vendor neighbors the chickens got some natural wormer today as I gave them all some of the discarded pumpkin.

We got chores done and came in for a light supper.
I got weekly paperwork done and then #2 son and Tif came by to pick up their bed frame to see if it wood fit where they are wanting to put it in their new house.
We loaded the frame into his truck and hubbie and I followed them to their new house as we have never seen the inside .They have a beautiful new home and seem to be very happy with it. They have rented a moving truck to hopefully get moved in tomorrow.

We came home and I got things ready for market.
The Corona virus is getting worse by the day and some drastic measure are being taken to try and curb the spread including tonight's announcement that all middle and high school sports will be canceled for a couple weeks at least. G-son was very sad to hear this after he just did so good in his first track meet.

Thankful for the blessings of this day.
God Bless and Good Night
