GOOD LABS FOR CA AND BUSY BAKING DAY

Up early to get ready to go with daughter to take CA for lab work. We were greeted by an unexpected welcoming committee at the doctor's park !!!

Then we noticed all these signs everywhere.
CA's lab work didn't go as well as it did last time but still not as bad as the first time so we'll take it and she stopped crying pretty quick. Thankfully the report was good on all her labs.
We went to pick up some of my cholesterol supplements but the place didn't open until 10:00 and it was only 9:20 so we came to Hendersonville and ran a couple errands daughter had, picked up Addie and came here for lunch.
Daughter took the girls home and hubbie went over to help blow up a new swimming pool for them while I got my baking started.
I baked 6 more caramel cakes, 5 chocolate, 3 pound cakes and 1 pan of brownies.
It thundered and looked like rain all afternoon but we got none today.
While the last cakes were in the ovens I iced the 6 caramel cakes I made yesterday morning and then got chores done.
After chores I iced the rest of the caramel and chocolates and then got things ready for market. I have 10 cakes on order so it should be a very good day even if it is the day after a holiday which are typically slow.
RL turned her pullets out with the 2 Silkie roosters she has left today and was like a little mama hen watching over them so a hawk wouldn't get them like it did all her little Silkie hens.

Thankful for the blessings of this day and praying for CA that she continue to get healthier and that heart hole would close without surgery.
God Bless and Good Night
