RESTFUL SUNDAY

 A leisurely cool 53 degrees that feels like early fall morning was so refreshing to get up to today.                

We had enchilada pie , green beans, baked potatoes, corn on the cob, biscuits and sweet tea for lunch today. #1 son's family, daughter's family and Aa's family joined us and we all had a nice visit and lunch.     After everyone left hubbie and I spent a very restful Sunday afternoon as we both felt like we needed a do nothing day.  I did get the big drying screen out of the sunroom where these onions had been drying and put it away for for the season.    These are the few onions that were left over and got too big from our green onions this spring so will use them in salads and cooking as regular onions.                                                                                                                         

We got chores done and then spent the evening continuing out relaxing day.

Thankful for the blessings of this day and for a wonderful gracious Savior as this holiday weekend continues I pray that everyone has a safe Labor day.                                                                                    God Bless and Good Night
