VETERANS DAY 2010

I am deeply and prayerfully appreciative of all the sacrifices of our servicemen both living and dead on this Veterans Day 2010.

As I rolled out of bed early this morning,I was reminded of yesterday's mammogram, uhhh.
I am sore and as I got dressed I notice large bruises where the clamps had been. That makes me nervous and mad as I wonder what lasting effects bruises will have on my breast??

Market was pretty good today in this warm summer like weather more people are moving about for sure.
I picked up several more orders and now have at least 1 order for every market day between now and Thanksgiving.
Daughter came by for a while later this afternoon, she is going to her doctor to find out why she is having daily headaches,
I ran errands and picked up supplies on the way home, got the van unloaded and things put away and was just finishing up when hubbie got in from work.
We did the evening chores and got ready to go to our family Cracker Barrel dinner that we do every year. The kids always give me a gift certificate for my birthday in July to eat here as it is my favorite place to go. This year has been so crazy that we are just now getting around to going.
I had my favorite spicy grilled cat fish and it was delicious as always.
A great time of family fellowship when we all get together like that and I'm so thankful to God for my wonderful family.
Daughter's prognosis on her headaches was stress between her shoulders and daily headache syndrone ,the doctor put her on some medicine and will recheck in 1 month.

Hubbie and I stopped by his brothers on the way home to deliver some papers on the in-law house. it definitely looks like Christmas there already as sis-in-law goes all out with her decorations inside and outside.
At the elementary school daughter works at they had their Veterans Day celebration yesterday with a white dove release as the students waved flags, heard veterans talk and sang songs.Thank you for your ultimate sacrifice and GOD BLESS AMERICA !!!

Good Night and God Bless.

Yes--let's never forget to thank the service men and women who fought for our freedoms..

Sounds like you had a great day yesterday.

I love Cracker Barrel also ---and usually get meatloaf, turnip greens and pinto beans when I go there... ha

Did you all sell the in-law's home???

Hugs,
Betsy
