Up a little later this rainy morning to get chores done. We cooked corn on the cob and new potatoes to go with the roast beef that had cooked in the crock pot overnight before we left for church and left them warming on the stove while we got ready for church.
Church was good today as we honored all our graduates. Hubbie and also received a rose for our new addition, little CA.
EL rode home with us from church and we were joined by Aa's family and daughter's family for lunch. We cooked green beans and biscuits to go along with the roast, potatoes and corn.
Everyone had a nice visit and enjoyed lunch.
After they all went home I put a way some clean clothes and hubbie tried to find time between rain showers to let the dogs run. I read through some medicare info since I am getting ready to turn 65.
At choretime it was raining again and there was 1.3 more inches of rain in the gauge.
It is really muddy and I have to be extra careful walking around so I won't slip down.
#1 son's family came up this evening to have left overs for their dinner. They went to a friend's BBQ birthday lunch today.
After they left hubbie and I relaxed for the evening to recharge for another busy week.
Thankful for the blessings of this day and praying for CA that this weeks doctor appointments bring some good news.
