MARKET DAY , FIRST SOCCER GAME, NEW BLOOMERS

A cool morning today compared to the last few. It felt good to snuggle last night with the windows open.
I was about 10 minutes late for market. I still can't figure out why I can't get there in the same amount of time as I did last year !!
G-son had his first soccer game at 9:00 this morning. Daughter went and sent me this pic of him scoring one of his two goals. She said he really looked like he had a fun time.

Another slow day with few customers coming through the entire day. Can't blame the weather today as it has been a beautiful sunny low 70's day.
One of the ladies who sells flowers gave me what she had left and I made this nice bouquet for church tomorrow.
She said they are from a Japanese Cherry tree in her yard and the smaller white ones I can't remember what she said those were.
I spent the afternoon un-winterizing the hen houses and giving them a good spring cleaning. Aaron (the renter) was fertilizing the pastures and hubbie was mowing the lawn, a typical spring Saturday afternoon around here.
I took time to check out the new color around the yard. Finally the Redbud trees are showing their color.
Some of my Money Plant is starting to bloom.
And here is this little rabbit eaten tulip that has put out it's flower in spite of the nibbled leaves.
Hubbie had layed out what he thought was 2 rib-eye steaks to grill for a Saturday night treat but wound up with 4 thawed steaks so I caught #2 son just as he was leaving work and he was more than glad to come by and help us eat them. It was a good thing as it turns out because he is playing golf tomorrow and wouldn't be here for lunch. At least we got to see him this week. He is still having about 3 house showings each week but no offers yet.
He said the short sale lot he has a bid in on is switching administrators so that might be a good thing or a bad thing depending on what the new admin does with his offer.
After son left hubbie and I had a relaxing Saturday night to recoup from the busy week.
As I looked at all the pretty spring colors this evening I thanked our creator prayerfully for all the beauty He puts in our lives to bless us each day.
Good Night and God Bless.
