KAREN MOVES OUR WAY

Uh oh, I have a feeling our nice dry weather is about to come to an end thanks to the first named storm of the season to threaten the US, her name is Karen.
Market was busier than I expected it to be today as this beautiful weather is bringing more folks out and about. It is sunny and upper 70's today, feels more like summer than fall.
After market I ran errands and picked up baking supplies on the way home, making it about 4:45. Hubbie came in right behind me and we got unloaded and went ahead and ate an early supper as we were both hungry.
Sadie the dog is much better this evening and even ate some food on her own. I gave her more of the diamateous earth mixed with some dog food. I don't know if this had made such a difference or if she is just getting over whatever made her sick but I will still give it to her just in case.
If you have followed my blog you may recall that on September 13,I can remember that day because it was one of the two Friday the 13ths of this year, I said I received some big news and I also later made reference to the news in my September summary, promising a full post about the news.
Unfortunately that post will never be because the news was of the expectancy of my second grandchild. #1 son and d-in-love were expecting but she miscarried early this morning.
It came as no surprise to me after some of the things d-in-love told me were going on and the way she felt and I actually think she knew this might be a possibility. But it still hurts and tonight I ask for prayers for both #1 son and d-in-love as they accept this loss and move forward.
God is good and always with us.
Good Night and God Bless.
