FUN RESTFULL SUNDAY

A slow relaxing Sunday morning with clouds and cool temps.  We took the covers off the raised beds and got things all fed. The silkies that we moved last night from their window home to their regular outside lot looked happy to have the new space to run around.
After we had breakfast we got some chicken and rice started from a chicken that had been in the crockpot all night. We also had green beans and corn and biscuits.
#1 son's family, daughter's family and Aa's family were out lunch guest today. Everyone enjoyed the food and then they all had to take a turn with the virtual video game.

 RL didn't waste any time getting out of thise goggles !!!

After everyone left hubbie and I measured for a new covered patio addition and then he collected all the materials for it while I put away laundry and layed out clothes for the week. I kept wondering when I was going to be able to get into my summer clothes as I kept laying out long sleeves and flannel shirts for the upcoming week that still has some 30's overnight and 60's degree daytime highs.

#1 son and Aa went fishing in the creek that runs through our pastures this evening and had some good luck catching some nice size trout. This is #1 son's catch.

RL loves whatever her dad is in to whether it's catching or cleaning the fish.

Thankful for a restful Sunday and praying for God's protective arms around us as we move into another week of quarantine.
