OLD TIMEY DAY, NEPHEW'S WEDDING CELEBRATION

Out early this morning to market, there was already a crowd there for Old Timey Day. I had to park at the far end of the parking lot,so glad hubbie is along to carry all the cakes across the parking lot.
After we got set up hubbie went out to help cook the sausage and ham on the old wood stoves. They had the smoke rolling early trying to beat the line that always forms for the biscuits.Music was provided by these guys today. There were several old cars on display. This old tractor was probably the oldest thing on the lot today, get a load of those tires !
Never worry about running over something and poking a hole in those !!One of our market members has a bar-b-que business and they sat up for lunch.Inside crowds were good all day, that's my table on the left where the 2 ladies are looking at my crocheted towels. We didn't do as well as we usually do on this day but did well enough. The weather was gorgeous all day and only started to cloud up at closing time.
I stopped at 3 places on the way home for supplies and by the time I made it home it was pouring rain.
We waited out the rain and then went over to nephew's to his wedding celebration. They got married in Jamaica last week and are having a bar-b-que at their house tonight to celebrate with family.Luckily they had some large tents because they got rain before we got there but the tents kept everything dry.My #1 son and nephew,I'll bet their comparing notes on Jamaica ,as #1 son spent his honeymoon there also. Here is the rest of my brood. The cake !!The happy couple !!!After about 3 hours visiting with extended family we all came home to a relaxing evening around the fire pit. This is a perfect way to bring this busy week to an end.
Thanking God for my family tonight close and extended ,they are all special.
Good Night and God bless.
