BUSY TUESDAY

Uhhh!!! 6:45 comes earlier every day !!  G-son went back to sleep just until my alarm sounded this morning.
After chores and breakfast for both of us I got laundry started then did an exercise tape. I've decided that on this new weight loss program I will do exercise tapes in the morning and change my walk to the evenings.
I spent most of the day between laundry, housework and getting g-son food and drink. I had to search for Flash the basset hound once and found him back at #2 son's house, almost in the road so he had to spend time in the dog lot. Probably a good thing because shortly after I put him up it started to thunder and he is very afraid of storms.
We got no rain just a lot of noise this evening with a high temperature of 87.
When hubbie came in from work he and g-son played in the "hammock mobile". Hubbie looks worried at g-son's adjustments here.

While they played I went on my walk. It is nice to have short grass again in the lower pasture so I can walk down there.
Aaron had to recover his hay rolls this evening when it looked like rain.

Sadie is checking out the cleaned out waterhole in the creek.

And this guy is checking me out as I walk.
If you click on the photo you can see that he seems to be fussing at me !

As I walked I passed a patch of this Yarrow  that is great to dry so I brought them home for a fresh bouquet then I'll dry them and use them later in arrangements.

After chores hubbie and I made a trip to Ingles for cookout supplies for tomorrow evening.
All the kids are coming over to celebrate with us. Hubbie is working at least 1/2 day depending on how much he gets done early so it will be a regular day except for a family cookout tomorrow evening. At least I get to sleep until my alarm goes off in the morning to celebrate the 4th of July.
Praying that everyone has a safe and happy Independence Day tomorrow. The weather looks like it is going to stay hot and stormy with chances to break records on several days.

Grateful to God for the wonderful interesting world we live in and for the blessings He sent my way today.
Good Night and God Bless.

Hi Marilyn, Looks like a busy day for you and the family. We got rain last night (yeah) and a tiny bit today... It's still hot --and more humid--but not nearly as bad as this past weekend.

Happy 4th to you and yours.
Hugs,
Betsy
