FIRST THURSDAY MARKET VERY SLOW

A hectic first Thursday morning market day. G-son brought a sock monkey zombie kit and wanted me to start working on it before he left for school. Of all days I told him it would have to wait until I got home this evening. Daughter brought her baked goods by on her way to work.
Market was extremely slow which is to be expected. I had plenty of time to do my spring cleaning around my tables without any customer interuptions.
After market I ran the regular errands and then had to go to two banks to get the charge taken care of at the changing bank. Because the change is not official until May 5, everything is in limbo and the new bank couldn't do anything with the charge but the old bank took it off and said I would need to meet with the new bank after May 5  to get things straightened out.
I made it home at 5:00 and hubbie helped unload the van of all the baking supplies and groceries I picked up on the way home.
After we ate an early supper as we both were hungry we headed up to the garden to plant broccoli plants hubbie picked up today and get a start on putting up the rabbit guard fencing he  got .
Every night when I go out to put up the hens, rabbits run from everywhere so I know as soon as our tender vegies poke their heads through the ground they will be eaten without something to protect them.
D-in-love and Rebekah brought Evy up to make her one year pictures. They got some really good ones.
Hubbie and I worked on our fencing until dark then I came inside and worked on my zombie project !
This is the finished product, it looks something like the instructions show and these instructions made it sounds so simple ,  not so !!!

Hopefully this will be to his liking and will get him off to a good start to school tomorrow.
This is one of the one year pictures d-in-love took of Evy today with one of the newly hatched chicks.
She isn't thrilled with these chicks but her curiosity got the best of her here.
D-in-love said this may be the cutest picture she has ever taken !!
As you can see by the shadows in the background above it has been a beautiful day with another 80 degree high and plenty of sunshine. Rain is coming tomorrow and we really do need it.
Grateful to God tonight for the wonderful blessings of this day.
Good Night and God Bless.
