D-in-love's phone call saying she was on her way helped clear my sleepy head.
G-daughter went back to sleep for a short nap after she got here so I tried to sneak in a little more sleep but couldn't .
After chores and breakfast I read my devotions to g-daughter who seemed to listen intently.
She was in a good mood and entertained herself while I did my sewing for today. I made these little baby bonnets that I cut out yesterday. I had another of the pink gingham cut out but when I was ironing the material before I started sewing I found a small cut in the bonnet body so I will have to cut out another one.
After lunch g-daughter took a nap and I got some housework done, did a couple loads of month ending laundry and changed out some monthly decor.
G-daughter woke up and was cranky so we sat outside so she could watch the birds for a while which she loves to do.
The temperature is 63 degrees but it has been cloudy and rainy all day leaving almost 1/10th inch in the gauge at chore time. A storm is coming into our area over night tonight to give us some thunder storms and more rain before the temps drop drastically tomorrow.
After d-in-love picked g-daughter up I took a break and snuggled for a few minutes with my 4-legged kids on the couch until hubbie came home from work. I am tired this evening and feel like I may be getting my cold back, yuck !!!!
When I went out to do the evening chores I noticed the sun making its last appearance through the gathering storm clouds.
Today is a special day for me as my #2 son turns 33 years old today. He was born on this day 33 years ago at about 6pm and was a very healthy beautiful baby. He is still a very beautiful person inside and out as he has grown into a fine young man. HAPPY BIRTHDAY SON I LOVE YOU VERY MUCH !!!
Thanking God for blessing me with three wonderful caring healthy children.
Thankful for today's blessings as always.
God Bless and Good Night

A belated Happy Birthday to your #2 son. Hope the storm that was coming in wasn't too severe. We had quite a lot of snow; close to 6 inches I think. All I know is I had to shovel twice yesterday. Blessings
