MOVING AGAIN

Got the chores done and dropped RL at pre-school. I came back home and hurried through breakfast so that we could get up to #2 son's house with hubbie's truck to help son move the heavier pieces of furniture to our basement for storage. As we drove up Davis Mountain road there was a lot of places where the road is starting to slide off the steep mountain side. I love this house but really hate the location.

Son and Tif did such a great job on the landscaping around this house and put so much work into it they are sad to sell it but the location on this mountain top is not good if you have to go to work everyday.
I love this native Azalea in the back yard.

IR and I stayed out of the way while they got things loaded in both trucks.

We made ne trip with both trucks then took a lunch break and made another load with hubbie's truck while son stayed and did some touch up painting.

After we got the shelves unloaded from his truck he and IR stayed outside and she enjoyed the big swing. She doesn't like to swing in a regular swing but sat for a long time and swung in this one.

I stayed inside and baked cakes, I baked 6 caramel, 2 chocolate, 2 pound , 1 blackberry wine and 1 pan of brownies.

I was still baking when daughter came by to pick up IR.

RL and Deb , her other g-ma came up for a short visit so RL could play with IR.

Hubbie followed daughter home to help measure for a fence around her yard.

I did chores and then iced cakes and got things ready for market.

G-son had to go to another doctor today to get a hard cast put on his hand.

This is the same place he went when he dislocated his elbow back in April of 2013 .

Thankful for the blessings of this day.
