SPRING HAS SPRUNG

35 degrees when g-son got here at 7:15 this morning, brrr!!! At least it didn't get below freezing but I did see some spotty frost on the way to school.
The morning warmed up quickly under the bright sunshine and after chores and breakfast I took a nice walk around the lower pasture.
The creek has cleared up and is back to normal level.

I captured this large grey Heron leaving the farm pond.

I'm surprised these pics turned out this good !!
I spent the remainder of the morning buried in housework and laundry, coming up for air only to have a quick lunch.
Finished all my work around 2:00 so got to take a nice vitamin D break in the mid 70's sunshine before picking up g-son.
We stayed outside as much as we could this evening while he was here enjoying the nice warm weather for a change.
Hubbie brought g-son this small football several weeks ago and today they made good use of it as they played a game of toss and catch. I took pics and love the expressions on g-son's face !!!

#1 son was in Cherokee at the DOT "truck rodeo" and was late getting back so d-in-love picked up g-son when he was tired of the football game.
Hubbie went over to daughter's this evening to spray weed killer on some of her property and I spent a relaxing evening out in the outside patio watching and enjoying  the signs of spring.

Spring has sprung and all of God's glorious creations are in their best dress for our pleasure.
God is great !!!  I thank Him everyday !!
Good Night and God Bless.

Looks like g.son was having a ball with the football. Love this time of year, when everything is new and exciting to see. Great pictures.
