A little different Monday with no g-son this morning. He has an orthodontist check up at 7:45 so d-in-love will take him into school late. All the girls were here and happy this morning. I got chores done and then we all had breakfast. After we ate I gathered the weekly laundry and got a load started with the help of RL and IR. We took the girls outside on this nice sunny warm morning to play.
They asked to have a picnic lunch outside today.
After they ate and played a little more we all came inside so hubbie and I could eat our lunch. While we ate CA went to sleep in the recliner and when we finished eating RL actually took a short nap with hubbie. IR and I did more laundry and then she wanted to go outside and play by herself so that is how we spent the afternoon. She loves this sandbox.
The neighbor must have ran out of weed killer leaving this interesting design in this field.
We had a scare this afternoon and are all thanking God this evening that d-in-love-Tif or her baby were not hurt when a pickup truck slammed into her while she was stopped at a mailbox delivering mail this afternoon. We are so thankful this evening for her not being hurt.
We got chores done and then watered all our garden plants and raised beds since we missed out on the rain today.
Thankful tonight for the blessings of this day and especially the blessing of Tif walking away from the accident unhurt.
