WINTER MAKES ANOTHER RETURN

A thunder and lightening storm moved through our area between 3 and 4am to give us a rude awakening. Thankfully it was fast moving and only left 3/10ths inch of rain behind.
This morning the sun was trying to win the battle with the clouds as I went out to get chores done.
I had breakfast then started some house cleaning. Hubbie was working in the yard again today .
We had lunch then I went over to Markeeta's at 1:30 to get a haircut.
Brrrr the wind has gotten up and the temperature is dropping like a rock this afternoon making it feel like winter has made a return once again !!!
When I got home from the haircut I worked on the computer a while putting in a couple orders I have been needing to do.
These 2 came to stay while their mom ran to the grocery store this afternoon. RL is feeling much better and is so much happier acting now.

After d-in-love got back hubbie and I got the chores done and I did weekly and monthly paperwork while I didn't have any icing to do tonight.

We watched Survivor on TV and then got things ready for market tomorrow. I'm sure it will be a very very slow Thursday as it isn't only the week after a holiday but the temperature in the morning is supposed to be 29 very cold degrees . Cold especially after the nice 50 degree mornings we had the first of the week.

The big news for this day is the birth of d-in-love's little nephew. Whitney was scheduled for an induction at 6:30 this morning since she is a week over due but this little guy decided to come on his own around 5am this morning.

The happy couple especially since this little guy got here on his dad's birthday.

He also has an older sister and brother to look after him.

Congrats to the entire family.
Daughter,son-in-love and IR left this afternoon on a cruise ship. Son-in-love's parents went with them to help with IR. They look like they had a great first evening on the boat.

Daughter sais this is the first cruise they have gotten a room with a window and from now on they will always get a window !!!!Thankful for the blessings of this day and for the love and grace of my Savior.
