WINTER MAKES A RETURN

Up and out to get another busy week started. IR crawled into bed with me as soon as she got here this morning, she was laying so still I thought she had went to sleep but she was just staring out the window.
We got up and she and RL had breakfast while I got chores done. It is colder this morning at 32 degrees than it has been in awhile. Snowflakes were also blowing around all morning.
I took RL to pre-school and went in to register IR for next year for 3 days a week but the class was already full so she is the first on the waiting list.
I came home to have breakfast and then get weekly laundry started.  IR was playing quietly by herself this morning while hubbie read the paper and watched the morning news.
I spent the morning putting away last week's laundry and getting a couple loads of this weeks laundry washed.
We all went to pick up RL and then made a trip to Aldi for some groceries. RL always wants to go to Ingles so she and IR can ride in the "car" buggy but she settled for her own Aldi shopping cart and got to do some shopping of her own for strawberries and some other things she likes.
We headed home and RL went to sleep so hubbie carried her in and put her on the couch to finish her nap. The teacher said she acted tired all morning.
IR, hubbie and I had lunch then #2 son came by bringing hubbies tall ladder back and looked at the old door daughter wants him to make her a corner shelf out of.
He is off this week and was going to do some work at her house but the nasty weather has delayed the final grading of her yard so he can't build the fences he was going to build so she gave him a couple small projects to make for her.
He said he and Tiff had settled on a house for their new property when they find some. He was going to look at a prospective spot when he left today. They also have a tentative rental to stay in for at least a while.
RL woke up from her nap while he was here and had her lunch.
I worked on more laundry and hubbie played with the girls until their mom's got here to pick them up.
G-son is participating in his first middle school track meet tomorrow and is doing the triple jump and long jump. It will be exciting to see how well he does once again against the older competitors.
It sure is going to be a cold day for a track meet.
The high temperature today was 37 degrees and the wind blew so it felt very uncomfortable out there.
Hubbie and I got our chores done and then watched the evening news.
I decided to finish daughter's and son-in-love's taxes and get them filed tonight and discovered it isn't the Tax Act site that is causing me trouble with ours but the Microsoft edge operating system so I switched to Firefox and worked a little more on ours also.
Figures start blurring when me eyes get tired at night so it was time to sign off and start again tomorrow.
Thankful for the blessings of this day and for the loving Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
God Bless and Good Night.

This latest Polar Vortex sure is causing some bad weather for people. Yesterday we had wind chills around minus 25 again. When doing your taxes you should try Google Chrome. The people at my bank say it is the best search engine to use. Have a great day.
