SPRING OLD TIMEY DAY

Up early and off to maket's spring old timey day. The parking lot was already crowded at 8:00. Nice for a change to see this many customers wandering around.
There was a good crowd of folks there all day to enjoy the music and food along with old tractors and trucks parked along the close street beside the market.

This is a pretty time in the market with all the blooming plants for sale.
With the temperature today predicted to be in the mid 80's with high humidity I put aside my long skirt and just wore a bonnet with some pretty regular clothes. Hubbie looks tired after standing over the old wood cook stove all morning.
Daughter came in and helped all day. She got the good news this morning that she got the teaching job at the high school that she had applied for.
We had the best sales day so far this year.
After market I made baking supply stops at Aldi and Go Grocery and picked up some grilling meat for an impromtu cook-out this evening with the kids at our house.
Shade was hard to find unless you were this guy who drove up on the curb to get under this tree while waiting on his wife to shop.

Hubbie and I rested after we got things put away for a little while before starting to prepare the meat and vegetables for the kabobs.
All the kids made it to eat along with Rebecca and little Evy, Aaron even made it to grab a late supper after working all day in the fields.
A fun time was had by all.
Grateful for the blessings of the day and the everlasting love of Jesus Christ.
Good Night and God Bless.

Sounds like a fun day to me. Nothing better than a good old cook out. Blessings.

A good day, all around. Being with family means the world.
