MEMORIAL SERVICE AND JOSH'S #36

Sleeping in on this Monday morning getting ready for a busy day. None of #1 son's family is working or going to school today because of the memorial service for d-in-love's dad this afternoon at 3:00.
Hubbie left around 9 to go up to our church and paint some new doors they put up.
I spent the morning regularly with chores and breakfast then did laundry.
Hubbie picked up g-son on his way home and took him to get a haircut as he has a part in today's service. He ate lunch with us before going home to get ready to go.
Daughter got off work early and came here to go with hubbie and I to the service. It was in a beautiful little church in the Bat cave community.

It was a beautiful service and g-son read Ecclesiastes 3: 1-8 and did it impressively without missing a word. I was so proud of him and the poise he showed at this time.

D-in-love played her violin and accompanied Re who sang How Great Thou Art.
This little girl keeps everyone happy even in a time like this.

After the service we visited with family and friends for a while before heading home to get chores done early and go to a birthday dinner at Outback Steakhouse with Josh and some of his family.
It was a very nice dinner and we enjoyed it very much. Happy 36 Josh !!!!
After stopping by #1 son's on our way home we got here just before dark tonight.
This has been a full day but a very nice one and I pray for d-in-love's family that they continue to lean on God for comfort .
I am very thankful for all the blessings of this day and for the addition to our family in Josh.
God Bless and Good Night.
