NURSERY DUTY SUNDAY

Up at 3:00 this morning with Dolly who is having another rough night. She has been sleeping in her bed by the computer the last several nights to help her and us sleep through the night. But tonight Bernie who still sleeps on the foot of our bed had to go outside at 3am and of course with all this activity Dolly woke up and had to go outside also. When she came back inside she needed water then walked around until she finally decided to get back into her little bed and go back to sleep. By this time I was fully awake and it took a while for me to get back to sleep after I got back in bed.
Even with getting to sleep a little later this morning I am still tired to start out today.
Today is hubbie and my quarterly nursery duty day at church. Along with another couple we took care of 6 little toddlers today.
G-daughter was one of the toddlers and she played with the dolls making sure they had plenty to drink !!

She played with her cousin Matte who was also in the nursery !!
We made it home about 12:30 and was joined by #1 son's family,#2 son.daughter and Aa for a lunch of chicken and dumplings , boiled cabbage, green beans, corn, curly fries and strawberry shortcake ,yum.
Everyone had a nice visit and the kids loved playing outside on this nice 65 degree day. Loving the pigtails !!!!
Brother helped her to join the game of badminton with him and his aunt T.
After everyone left hubbie and I relaxed until he went to a Deacon's meeting at 4:00. While he was gone I caught a quick nap to refresh.
We did chores and I gathered the blanket covers for the blueberry bushes back inside before the predicted rains of the overnight. The temperature is supposed to be in the upper 30's tonight and stay well above freezing for the extended forecast time.
The clouds were moving in at sunset this evening.
Thankful for another blessed Sunday and praising the Lord's  for all that He does each day in the life of my family and friends.
God Bless and Good Night
